This page explains the information collected by the Eldenmarch landing page and its campaign-to-game measurement.
Private feedback
When you send feedback, we store the type of feedback, your message, the submission time, and the email address you optionally provide. The Eldenmarch team uses these to understand problems, improve the game, and reply when appropriate. Feedback is not published, and providing your email does not subscribe you to marketing.
Feedback is retained for up to 180 days. Please avoid including passwords, payment information, or other sensitive information in your message.
Understanding how players find the game
We collect first-party events for page visits, Play button clicks, successful game entry, and accepted feedback. These contain a random visit identifier, the event time, button placement where relevant, and limited campaign labels such as the campaign’s name and source. Feedback messages and email addresses are never part of these analytics events.
The random identifier is kept in your browser’s tab session storage and travels in the game link so we can connect a visit with a successful game entry. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics scripts. Raw analytics events are retained for up to 90 days.
We respect your browser’s Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals by disabling this event collection. You can still play and submit feedback.
Operating the service
The site and game are hosted using Amazon Web Services. Network addresses and standard request information may be processed in operational logs and temporarily used to prevent excessive submissions. They are not stored in our marketing events or feedback records. The game separately uses browser storage for settings and session recovery, and an email address if you choose to use its save and load feature.
Questions or deletion requests
Use the private feedback form and include an email address if you need a response. To request deletion of an earlier submission, provide enough information to identify it. We may need to verify that a request concerns your own information.
